We’ve carefully created our collection of art and cards because we believe in each one and we hope you love everything you order! We do understand that from time to time, you may have to return something so here’s how to do it:
•Returns are only accepted in the case of damage due to shipping or in the art materials. All returns must be pre-approved by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide the item description and reason so that we can effectively address your return.
•Customer modified, damaged or abused products will not be accepted.
•Returns must be received within 20 days of original shipment.
•Damaged art or incorrect shipment claims must be reported within 3 days of product delivery.
•Returns made due to a customer giving an incorrect address or a customer refusal to accept a shipment will be subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to shipping charges.
•Refunds are issued in the same payment method as order was placed
